Order Delivery and Collection

• We deliver orders within Gaborone and surrounding villages
• The delivery fee determined by the size of the order and destination
• For places outside Gaborone clients can arrange for collection including using courier services
• Orders may be collected from our premises in Phakalane, Gaborone.
• Clients also have the option to arrange their own transport to collect their orders
• All online orders must be fully paid before collection
• Payments must reflect in our account before orders are collected.
• Clients will be notified by email or phone when their orders are ready for collection.
• Order normally take between 2 and 5 working days depending on stock availability
• Should a product required be out of stock, the client will immediately be notified.
• Clients will have an option to wait a few more days for us to source the out of stock product.
• Clients will also be offered a suitable replacement for the product that is out of stock
• Clients who do not want a replacement product or to wait for sourcing of an out of stock product will be fully refunded.

Returns Policy: Refunds and Exchange Policy
• All products have a 30 day money back guarantee.
• Products returned should not have been used, tampered with or damaged.
• Proof of purchase and the original packaging is also required.
• Goods incorrectly supplied by NICHEM Industries or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost.
• If a product replacement is not possible for any other reason, full refund will be given.
• Order Collection processing and collection for Cross Border Clients
• Cross border clients are free to arrange their own transport/freight service to collect their orders from our premises.
• All online orders must be fully paid and payments must reflect in our account before they are processed and prepared for collection.
• Clients will be notified by email or phone when their orders are ready for collection.
• Clients must send proofs of payment for all payments made via EFT so that their orders are processed without delay
• All cross border clients are responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in their country.
• Orders normally take between 2 and 7 working days depending on stock availability.
• Should a product required be out of stock, the client will immediately be notified.
• Clients will have an option to wait a few more days for us to source the product.
• Clients will also be offered a suitable replacement for the product that is out of stock
• Clients who do not want a replacement product or to wait will be fully refunded
