Grease Trap NFTS 350

A grease trap is designed to intercept fats, oils and grease (FOGs) from sinks, dishwashers and cooking equipment before from entering the drainage system, septic tank/wastewater collection system or municipal sewer line. FOGs are the primary cause of blockages, backups and overflows in sewage tanks and municipal sewer lines. Also by law every commercial/industrial kitchen, hair salon, bakeries, food processing company, laundromat etc. must have a grease trap. Get one installed to avoid paying penalties.
