Grease Trap NTSF 1000

A grease trap is designed to intercept fats, oils and grease (FOGs) from sinks, dishwashers and cooking equipment before from entering the drainage system, septic tank/wastewater collection system or municipal sewer line. FOGs are the primary cause of blockages, backups and overflows in sewage tanks and municipal sewer lines.
